Same thing, they will email her, there is no one we can talk to, and apparently this poor excuse for a worker is the manager. So they escalated my claim to an emergency, which did nothing except “special treatment”. Now we are waiting. And hopefully we get some movement because the last call resulted in a nice man saying the home inspection was never uploaded into the account but Ms . Our next call back from a “manager” is scheduled for Tuesday, because you know, 24 48 business hours. So here we wait. I do not at ALL encourage anyone to use them under any circumstances. We have had a month with no AC in the house, and a consistent temp in the house of 86 90. HWA was quick to take care of two recent claims with our A/C and our stove. However, this last claim of a leaking kitchen faucet was denied, stating the fault was due to installation. The problem with this is the faucet is leaking at the handle, which is assembled by the manufacturer.

For the 4th time I was told this would be rushed. I have paid these people thousands of dollars over the past 5 years. I have paid my $100 to the repair guy to fix my dishwasher. It has been a month and a half, my dishwasher is still not working, these people do not work hard to resolve issues, do not call you back when they say they will, and clearly could care less about their customers. It's just a dishwasher. I'd hate to see how long they'd take if it was something serious like plumbing or an air conditioner.

Basic plans typically include coverage for: kitchen appliances, water heaters, plumbing, electrical, heating systems, and more. Optional coverage can range from pool/spa equipment, washer/dryer, kitchen refrigerator, air conditioning, well pump, and more. Coverage varies by region and whether the home is involved in a real estate transaction. You may view sample coverage for home buyers and sellers, or sample coverage for homeowners who are not involved in a real estate transaction. Review your coverage. It is best to review your home warranty contract to understand specific coverage and limitations for the broken item.
